Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Farmdoor website and your purchases from it. The store is operated by Pooja Sales Agency, Delhi, India. By placing an order you accept these terms.

Products and Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable GST. The price payable is the price displayed at checkout at the time of order. We take care to describe products accurately, including origin and lab-test information; natural products vary slightly from batch to batch in colour and aroma, which is normal for unblended single-origin spices.

Orders

An order is confirmed when payment is received and you receive an order confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected misuse; you will be informed if this happens.

Shipping, Returns and Refunds

Shipping timelines and charges are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund and Return Policy. Both are available in the site footer and form part of these terms.

Food Safety

Our products are packed under FSSAI license. Please check the label for ingredients, net quantity, batch number, and best-before date on arrival, and store as directed. If anything about your order looks wrong, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including the Farmdoor name, photography, and text, belongs to us and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Delhi having jurisdiction.
