Shipping Policy

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

Delivery Timelines

Delhi NCR: 1 to 3 days after dispatch. Major metros: 2 to 4 days after dispatch. Rest of India: 4 to 7 days after dispatch. These are typical courier estimates, not guarantees; remote pin codes may take longer.

Shipping Charges

Orders above ₹499 ship free across India. For orders below ₹499, the shipping charge is shown at checkout before payment.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched. If tracking hasn't updated for more than 3 days, write to us through the contact page and we will chase the courier for you.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery can be reshipped at actual courier cost.
