What to include
For anything about an order, send your order number. If a pouch arrived damaged or looks wrong, add a photo of the item and the packaging. That lets us sort it in one reply instead of three.
Common questions we can answer fastest
- Where is my order? Send your order number and we will chase the courier with you.
- Something arrived damaged or wrong. Photo plus order number, and we replace or refund in full. Please reach us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Can I see the lab report for my batch? Yes. Send the batch number printed on your pouch and we will send that batch's report.
- Do you ship outside India? Not yet. We currently ship within India only.
- Bulk, gifting, or stocking Farmdoor? Tell us roughly what you need and we will come back with options.
